Through collaboration with the Rural Development Administration, the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and the Town of Greensboro, MRDC began full operation of this center in 1995. The Center houses MRDC's Head Start, Housing, Transportation, and Community Development programs. The North County branch of the Caroline County Public Library is also located in the Center.
