Serving Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Kent and Queen Anne's counties, MRDC Housing Services helps low income renters and home owners through one-on-one budget counseling, credit counseling, first-time homebuyers' workshops, loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention.

As part of MRDC's efforts, we work with programs such as the State of Maryland's Bridge to Hope.
